Temporary-to-Hire Opportunity
Immediate Start | Flexible Part-Time Hours

A well-established Fort Lauderdale-based corporation is seeking a bright, detail-oriented individual to join its team in an entry-level capacity.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in real estate, title, legal, or corporate research. Training will be provided for the right candidate who demonstrates strong analytical skills, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.

Location: In-office, conveniently located near Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport

What You'll Be Doing
  • Assisting with real estate, title, corporate, and due diligence research
  • Reviewing public records, permits, zoning information, and municipal data
  • Learning to conduct title, UCC, and corporate record searches
  • Organizing and maintaining electronic and physical files
  • Preparing reports, summaries, and documentation
  • Assisting with data entry, research projects, and administrative tasks
  • Supporting management with special projects and operational needs
What We're Looking For
  • Bright, motivated, and eager to learn
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent research, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
