We are constantly inspired by the future generation of positive catalysts within our community.

So, before we get to the job details, take a minute to learn a little more about us - our values and our culture. If you can see yourself working side-by-side with a team of people who think and live "Off the Wall," Vans just may be the place for you.

What will you do?

As the SEO & Digital Copywriting Coordinator, you will execute the content strategy for the North America websites (US and Canada). You are responsible for ensuring content updates are communicated, launched, tested, and measured. You will support the Digital Content team in managing the content library within the content management system and its surrounding processes. The position reports to the SEO Manager and is a hybrid position working 3 days at our Costa Mesa, CA headquarters and 2 days from home.

Let's break down that day-in-the-life a bit more.

  • Coordinate and execute weekly, monthly, and seasonal website content updates in alignment with the master content calendar and campaign priorities.
  • Write and optimize digital copy across the site, including landing pages, category pages, product descriptions, meta titles/descriptions, and internal linking, using SEO best practices.
  • Ensure all content is planned and executed with a mobilefirst mindset, optimizing for user experience, search visibility, and performance across devices.
  • Conduct pre and postlaunch quality assurance checks to validate content accuracy, layout, links, and functionality across browsers and platforms.
  • Maintain, organize, and update content within the CMS and digital catalog, supporting efficient page management, template usage, and content lifecycle updates.
  • Partner closely with marketing, site merchandising, creative, and digital teams to align content assets to launches, campaigns, and key business moments.
  • Monitor content and SEO performance using analytics tools, tracking KPIs such as organic traffic, engagement, and conversion, and sharing optimization recommendations.
  • Support ongoing process improvements by documenting workflows, identifying efficiencies, and assisting with SEO, CMS, and content management enhancements.

What do you need to succeed?

We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day. For this role, there are foundation skills you'll need to succeed and excel. Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 1-3 years of experience and professional achievements.

The foundation skills you will need in this position are:
