Job Overview: Vantage Insurance
We are seeking a dedicated Insurance & Retirement Advisor to assist our lead sales and advisory agent in the financial and insurance planning workflow. This role is essential in preparing for meetings, processing new business, onboarding clients, and reinforcing the concepts, products, and strategies presented to clients and prospects. The Insurance & Retirement Advisor will deliver exceptional customer service and interact with clients and prospects as needed. Key responsibilities include:
  1. Meeting Preparation: Take notes during client meetings and complete the VCQ.
  2. Client Communication: Send meeting recaps to clients.
  3. CRM Management: Input initial data into CRM systems or coordinate with administrative support, including tasks related to the Vantage Appreciation Program.
  4. Material Preparation: Gather illustrations and prepare materials and reports for client meetings.
  5. Client Surveys: Ensure clients complete our survey to enhance our understanding and show appreciation.
  6. Application Assistance: Help clients complete applications for life insurance, annuities, long-term care, and other products.
  7. Policy Support: Assist with underwriting and policy delivery processes in coordination with internal admin teams.
  8. Documentation: Prepare annual review and policy delivery folders in collaboration with the admin team.

Skills, Experience, and Credentials Required
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in insurance and/or financial services.
  • Life insurance license.
  • Positive, cheerful, and supportive attitude.
  • Strong personal integrity and commitment to excellence.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective teamwork and collaborative mindset.
  • Proficiency with typing, computer, tablet, and phone operations.
