We are on a journey of continuous growth - now looking for our next star - a passionate E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist within our Marketing capability. This position reports to the Marketing Manager for the Valterra brand at our Elkhart, IN, office.
About the Position
As an E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting Dometic's digital commerce and marketing initiatives across company websites, online marketplaces, and partner sales platforms. This position is responsible for managing product information, digital assets, and online content while helping ensure our products are accurately represented and optimized across digital channels.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven, with experience managing product content, digital assets, and e-commerce platforms. This role requires someone who enjoys working with large amounts of information, coordinating across teams, and ensuring projects stay accurate and on track.
Your main responsibilities
E-Commerce & Marketplace Management
  • Manage product listings across company websites and online marketplaces, including Amazon, Walmart, and other retail partner platforms.

  • Create, update, and maintain product content, specifications, imagery, and supporting assets across digital sales channels.

  • Support new product launches by coordinating content and assets across websites, marketplaces, and partner platforms.

  • Monitor product pages and marketplace performance to identify opportunities for optimization and improved customer experience.

Product Information & Digital Asset Management
  • Maintain product information within Product Information Management (PIM) systems and digital assets within Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.

  • Ensure product data, specifications, imagery, and supporting content remain accurate, complete, and consistent across digital channels.

  • Support the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of processes related to product data, content management, and digital asset workflows.

Website & Digital Content Management
  • Maintain and update website product pages, landing pages, and supporting digital content.

  • Coordinate content updates for product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.

  • Support implementation of SEO best practices across website and product content.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring
  • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, marketplace reporting platforms, and other digital reporting tools to monitor website, marketplace, and content performance.

  • Prepare regular performance reports and identify opportunities to improve product visibility, customer engagement, and conversion performance.

Cross-Functional Project Coordination
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing teams to support product launches, digital commerce initiatives, and content updates.
  • Coordinate project timelines, content requirements, and asset needs across departments while helping improve digital workflows and processes.

A suitable background would be
  • 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, product content management, marketplace management, or a related field.

  • Experience managing product content on Amazon, Walmart, or similar e-commerce platforms.

  • Experience working with Product Information Management (PIM) and/or Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Additional Skills & Experience
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing principles, including customer journeys, marketing funnels, SEO, analytics, and lead generation.

  • Experience using Google Analytics or similar reporting platforms.

  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop and Illustrator.

  • Ability to capture basic photo and video content for digital and social media use.

  • Experience working within structured processes and helping improve them over time.
  • Interest in outdoor recreation and familiarity with the RV, camping, overlanding, marine, automotive aftermarket, or related industries.
