Position Overview
The Email Marketing Manager is responsible for leading VistaApex Solutions’ digital marketing communications strategy. This role drives customer engagement, revenue growth, and brand visibility through email marketing, CRM management, webinar execution, e-commerce initiatives, and digital content programs.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with creative marketing instincts and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Key Functions
  • Email Marketing & Campaign Management
    • Plan, build, and execute email marketing campaigns across HubSpot (required), Mailchimp, and ActiveCampaign
    • Develop and manage promotional campaigns, product announcements, and e-commerce email initiatives
    • Design automated workflows, follow-up sequences, and engagement campaigns
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions, ROI)
    • Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization
  • CRM Development & Management
    • Lead development and optimization of CRM platforms
    • Manage audience segmentation, contact lists, and lead nurturing workflows
    • Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM and GDPR
    • Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to align data with business goals
  • Webinar Management
    • Plan and execute end-to-end webinar programs including promotion, registration, and follow-up
    • Develop pre- and post-event email campaigns
    • Track performance metrics and provide actionable insights
  • Digital Marketing & E-Commerce
    • Manage digital marketing channels including email and e-commerce platforms
    • Develop customer engagement and retention campaigns

  • Product Training & Content Development
    • Collaborate with Product Managers to create training materials, guides, and digital assets
    • Support product launches through coordinated content and communications
    • Integrate training into marketing workflows
  • Website Management & Enhancements
    • Oversee website updates, maintenance, and performance optimization
    • Improve user experience, conversion rates, and SEO
    • Collaborate with designers and developers on enhancements
Qualifications
  • Education
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • Experience
    • Proven experience managing email marketing campaigns and CRM platforms
    • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (required), Mailchimp, and ActiveCampaign
    • Experience with webinar management, e-commerce, and digital marketing programs
    • Demonstrated success analyzing and optimizing marketing performance
