We're looking for a paid search/SEM rock star to join our media team and lead paid search efforts that improve client results.
Areas of Focus:
Day-to-day responsibilities of the paid search media supervisor include but are not limited to:
Disciplined Business Leadership
Assists the associate media director in determining the best paid search strategy for clients
Ensures paid search accounts are delivering on client expectations
Collaborates with integrated media and analytics teams to develop recommendations as well as provide analysis and actionable insights
Forms decisive and insightful strategies to meet client objectives
Demonstrates thorough understanding of client business and how to achieve results
Understands client objectives, resources, and pros/cons of approaches to address them
Demonstrates initiative to learn business planning from supervisors
Paid Search Innovation
Stays current with the ever-changing digital landscape and its impact on clients' paid search efforts and actively shares findings with the team
Tests, learns, and applies findings where necessary
Proactively measures activity to continuously improve client results
