Full-time Front Desk Assistant - Exeter
Seacoast Mental Health Center is hiring a Front Desk Assistant for our Exeter, NH office. If you like making a difference in your community and are passionate about working in a non-profit organization, Seacoast Mental Health is an excellent choice!
At Seacoast Mental Health Center, we provide hope and promote recovery for children, adolescences, adults and their families in the Eastern half of Rockingham County.
The Front Desk Assistant answers and monitors all telephone calls to the Center in a professional manner; greets all clients and visitors to the Center; receives client payments; schedules client appointments in the centralized scheduling system, rearranges appointments as necessary; makes appointment reminder calls to clients for clinicians as needed; updates client demographics and insurance information. Responsible for evening closing procedures. Provides back up for all other office duties. Other tasks as needed to support and maintain the Center.

Thurs 10-6
Friday 9-5
With flexibility to provide coverage for other front desk staff when needed.
