Retail Team Member Position Details:

The responsibilities of a Retail Team Member include, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Provide exceptional hospitality to create an experience according to Blue Star standards!
  • Greet customers and engage in fun, friendly, and positive interactions
  • Package in store, online & delivery orders efficiently and accurately with aesthetic presentation in mind
  • Craft and serve a variety of high-quality espresso-based drinks, including coffee, matcha, and specialty beverages, while ensuring consistency and adherence to company recipes and standards.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in all product knowledge including, but not limited to, all donut & beverage offerings, and allergy information
  • Uphold all cleanliness and sanitation standards; includes completing all daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning assignments

  • Current Oregon Food Handlers card

  • Working cell phone
