Position Summary
Adjusted is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our sales team by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, relationship building, and generating qualified software demonstrations that result in attended meetings.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound prospecting calls to potential customers.
  • Maintain an average of at least seven outbound calls per hour.
  • Generate a minimum of five attended software demonstrations per week.
  • Follow established outreach, qualification, and lead management processes.
  • Send timely follow-up communications to prospects.
  • Increase demo attendance rates through effective prospect engagement and nurturing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings, training sessions, and coaching opportunities
  • Provide feedback and ideas to improve sales processes and customer engagement strategies.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and contribute positively within a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Must reside in Florida.
  • Previous outbound cold-calling experience is required.
