Job Description Summary:

The Sales Development Team Lead supports the performance, execution, and day-to-day operational success of the Sales Development organization. This role partners closely with the Director and SDR Managers to help drive team productivity, pipeline generation, coaching consistency, process adoption, and cross-functional execution across multiple SDR teams.

The Team Lead serves as a player-coach and operational leader who helps reinforce standards, accelerate ramping, support frontline management, and contribute to a high-performance sales culture. This role is ideal for a highly organized, collaborative sales professional with strong coaching instincts, operational discipline, and leadership potential.

Role & Responsabilities:

  • Partner with Sales Leadership and Sales Enablement to develop, refine, and optimize outbound talk tracks, call frameworks, email messaging, and objection-handling strategies.

  • Coordinate the execution of outbound campaigns and sequencing strategies within Groove to ensure alignment across SDR teams.

  • Build, maintain, and improve multi-cResponsibilitieshannel outbound sequences designed to increase engagement, meeting conversion, and pipeline generation.

  • Help coordinate team workflows, territory alignment, campaign execution, and sales engagement best practices

  • Act as a culture carrier who models professionalism, accountability, collaboration, and positive team engagement.

  • Help reinforce a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

  • Help maintain team morale, motivation, and execution discipline in a fast-paced sales environment.

  • Serve as a trusted partner to SDR Leadership and a bridge between frontline execution and leadership priorities.

  • Support onboarding, enablement, and ongoing training initiatives for SDR teams across core sales technology platforms including Salesforce, Groove, ZoomInfo, and related sales engagement and prospecting tools.

  • Assist in developing and maintaining training materials, documentation, playbooks, and process guides related to sales systems and outbound workflows.

  • Provide operational and team support coverage when SDR Managers are out of office, ensuring continuity of team execution, communication, and day-to-day oversight.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience as an SDR

  • Demonstrated successful track record of achieving goals

  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills

  • Proven leadership skills

  • Polished phone presence and professional in-person demeanor

  • Ability to multitask, organize, prioritize and manage time effectively
