Job description

TONY ROBBINS EVENT SALES SPECIALIST
Location: On-Site Sales Team in Scottsdale, AZ
Compensation: Base + Uncapped Commission (Annual 1st year OTE: 90k-120k+)
The Opportunity
For nearly five decades, Tony Robbins has built the proven systems that create measurable transformation for millions of people worldwide. We are building an elite, on-site sales team in Scottsdale that sits at the center of that mission - the team responsible for enrolling clients into the events and programs that change the trajectory of their lives.
This is not a generic SDR role. You are not selling a commodity. You are guiding people toward decisions that impact their health, relationships, careers, and futures. The candidates who win here treat that responsibility as a privilege.
If you are a mission-driven sales professional who wants to perform at the highest level, earn serious upside doing it, and be surrounded by other top performers - read on.
What You'll Earn
  • $36,000 base salary + uncapped commission
  • Top performers consistently earn $120,000+ in Year 1
  • No commission ceiling - your earnings scale with your performance
  • 3-month paid ramp program designed to set you up to win
  • Full health and wellness benefits
  • High-impact performance driven culture and mission
  • Company stock ownership program (ESOP)
  • Direct access to Tony Robbins events and personal development
  • World-class sales training, coaching, and live performance feedback

What You'll Do
  • Drive enrollment into Tony Robbins' transformational events, beginning with Unleash the Power Within and expanding across the full event portfolio
  • Lead powerful discovery conversations with clients seeking real breakthrough
  • Build emotional leverage and guide clients toward decisive action
  • Operate inside a high-performance, on-site outbound sales floor in Scottsdale
  • Engage warm leads inside the Robbins Research database and build referral pipelines from past clients
  • Maintain disciplined CRM execution in Salesforce
  • Track and own your performance through KPIs, scoreboards, and conversion metrics
  • Compete, win, and grow on a team built around mastery

Daily Activity Expectations
  • 80-100+ outbound calls per day at minimum
  • Top performers run higher - 100-150+ - and earn accordingly
  • Disciplined follow-up, urgency, and structured pipeline ownership

Who Thrives Here
  • 2+ years of outbound, high-ticket, or high-volume sales - OR 4+ years in any consultative sales environment
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound and rejection-heavy environments
  • Backgrounds that translate well: high-ticket sales, coaching/program enrollment, event sales, fitness/membership sales, solar, home improvement, real estate, insurance, financial services, or any commission-driven team sales floor
  • Resilient performers who treat rejection as data, not defeat
  • Emotionally intelligent communicators who can connect with people from all walks of life
  • Coachable, hungry, and willing to be measured every day
  • Genuine belief in personal growth and transformation

What Makes This Different
Most sales jobs sell a product. This one helps people commit to changing their lives.
You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with other top performers, in person, on a floor built for mastery - not a remote team that never meets. The culture is competitive, supportive, and measured. The training is the best in the industry. The mission is real.
If you bring grit, ownership, and operational excellence - and you want to build something meaningful from the ground up - we want to hear from you.
Logistics
  • Location: On-site, Scottsdale, AZ (Greater Phoenix Area)
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday
  • This is not a remote or hybrid role. Candidates must be local to Greater Phoenix or able to commute on-site.
