Job description

Userpilot is a leading product engagement and analytics platform trusted by over 1,000 companies worldwide. Our innovative event-based tracking solution helps product teams gain actionable insights to acquire, convert, and retain users, with the support of powerful user engagement and feedback tools. We're disrupting the market, and the time to join us is now.
About the Role
Userpilot is looking for a driven and coachable Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for many of our future customers - responsible for generating qualified pipeline through a mix of outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification. You'll work hand-in-hand with Account Executives to identify target accounts, spark conversations with product and engineering leaders, and create opportunities that fuel Userpilot's growth engine. This is an ideal role for someone early in their sales career who wants to learn from a high-performing team and build a foundation for becoming a closing AE.
Responsibilities
  • Generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Qualify inbound leads quickly and efficiently, routing high-potential prospects to the appropriate AE
  • Research target accounts and build personalized outreach that speaks to the specific pain points of product, engineering, and growth teams
  • Book and coordinate discovery calls and product demonstrations for Account Executives
  • Maintain a consistent daily activity cadence and hit weekly and monthly pipeline targets
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up-to-date in HubSpot at all times
  • Participate in team training, enablement sessions, and pipeline reviews to continuously sharpen your craft
  • Collaborate with Marketing to provide feedback on campaign performance and lead quality

Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or similar outbound sales role - SaaS experience preferred
  • Proven ability to hit activity and pipeline creation targets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - you know how to write a cold email that gets a reply
  • Curiosity and coachability - you actively seek feedback and apply it
  • High energy, resilience, and a competitive drive to succeed
  • Familiarity with sales engagement tools (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, or similar)
  • Proficiency in HubSpot or another CRM
  • Genuine interest in product-led growth, SaaS, and the tools that help companies build better products
