Administrative Coordinator - Professional Education & Events (BIOTRONIK Neuro)
At BIOTRONIK Neuro, we're ready to redefine relief for patients experiencing chronic pain. Leveraging BIOTRONIK's advanced cardiovascular technologies, BIOTRONIK Neuro has created a new approach to SCS therapy management: one that's not just implanted, but truly connected to the needs of patients and providers.
BIOTRONIK Neuro is seeking a part time Administrative Coordinator to support our Professional Education and Events team. This role is ideal for a highly organized administrative professional with experience supporting physician programs, clinical education, or healthcare events in a regulated environment.
We are open to remote candidates for this position.
Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for professional education and events, including scheduling, documentation, and coordination with cross functional teams.
  • Manage contracting process, compliance documentation, and invoice processing for physician speakers, proctors, consultants, and vendors.
  • Assist with logistics for training programs and events-travel coordination, attendee communication, agenda updates, material tracking, and post event follow up.
  • Maintain organized systems for KOLs, event files, timelines, and tracking tools.
  • Support distribution and inventory of event materials and resources for field teams.
Qualifications
  • Strong administrative or coordination experience, preferably in healthcare, medical education, or medical devices.
  • Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Smartsheet, SAP, Wrike or workflow tools a plus.
  • Familiarity with physician contracting or compliance related processes preferred.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast paced environment.
  • Business acumen for thoughtfully handling important relationships and cross-communication with other company stakeholders.
