Candidates must have experience with Salesforce and financial based projects. The position is 2 days a week hybrid on site in Owings Mills, MD and that's nonnegotiable. The B2B Salesforce team is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager/Scrum Master to lead and support Salesforce development projects. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project success. Requirements

โ€ข Knowledge of operations for the assigned business unit (i.e., Distribution, Sales, Marketing, Investments, and/or Corporate functions).
โ€ข Experience running large-scale and/or multiple initiatives across people, processes, and technology with complex financial services organizations.
โ€ข Ability to occasionally work outside of normal business hours to support off- hour release cycles, if necessary.
โ€ข Demonstrates an understanding of technology infrastructure and nuances, including testing, QA, production environment, test environment, engineering, etc.
