Salary Range: โ‚ฌ82,151.00 To โ‚ฌ105,429.00 Annually


TheManager, Software Engineering,will have responsibility for leading a dedicated engineering team delivering on a multi-track roadmap for a product area, and is comfortable owning planning, scheduling, and execution across complex, large-scale projects. Strong technical acumen and proven leadership skills arerequiredto guide teams through delivery, enable innovation, and ensure alignment with organizational priorities. The focus of this role is on mentoring and growing team members,advocating forcustomer needs, and collaborating with product leaders and senior management to achieve strategic outcomes. A sound understanding of software development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and cross-team coordination underpins this critical role in ensuring KORE delivers high-quality, scalable engineering solutions.


CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Manage budgets, resources, and recruitment to build and scale high-performing teams.

  • Create a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer focus across engineering groups.

  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering teams.


Delivery & Execution

  • Lead a dedicated engineering team delivering on a multi-track roadmap for a product area.

  • Own planning, scheduling, and execution of medium-to-large scope projects and programs, ensuringtimelydelivery against KRAs and milestones.

  • Define, delegate, and track project-level work; provide visibility of progress and risks to senior management.

  • Ensuredeliveryquality, scalability, and alignment with business requirements and customer needs.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with product managers on technical feasibility, estimation, and solution design.

  • Drive process improvements in software development, deployment, and cross-team collaboration.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, orrelatedfield.Master'sdegreepreferred.

  • Strong technical background and understanding of high throughput and highlyscalablesystems.

  • Experience managing people and teams

  • Previousexperience with Go/Golang and AWS preferred.


SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

  • 5+ years of experience with prior leadership responsibilities.

  • Strong technical foundation in programming paradigms, concepts, and at least one programming language.

  • Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, processes, and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

  • Track recordof successful delivery both as an individual contributor and as a leader.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to convey big-picture goals, align teams, and manage client/stakeholder relationships.

  • Skilled at prioritization, conflict resolution, and making trade-offs in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

  • Proficient with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
