We're looking for an experienced, mechanically inclined 2-Way Machine Operator who is ready to take ownership of sophisticated production equipment and grow their skills-and their pay!

This position features a structured training program that rewards successful progression. Complete and certify each 30-, 60- and 90-day training phase and earn a $1.00 pay increase at each milestone.

If you have machine operation, printing, bindery, feeder, or manufacturing experience and enjoy troubleshooting equipment, leading a crew, and producing quality work, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do

As a 2-Way Machine Operator, you'll set up, operate, troubleshoot and maintain specialized 2-Way equipment used to cut and finish pull-tab gaming products. You'll be responsible for keeping your machine and crew running safely and efficiently while ensuring every product meets our quality standards.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Set up, calibrate, operate, and maintain 2-Way production equipment.
  • Read and follow production schedules, game documentation, job specifications and work instructions.
  • Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
  • Perform regular quality checks and make real-time adjustments to maintain product accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues to keep production moving.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance to improve reliability and prevent breakdowns.
  • Lead, train, and provide day-to-day direction to feeder operators and other crew members.
  • Ensure products are properly labeled and production documentation is completed accurately.
  • Coordinate with other departments and leadership to meet production schedules and deadlines.
  • Handle and organize materials efficiently to reduce waste and improve workflow.
  • Identify opportunities to improve machine performance, product quality and production efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Other duties as required.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who combines mechanical ability, machine operation experience, leadership and attention to detail and is ready to take their production skills to the next level.

  • Two (2) to four (4) years of technical training or experience in machine operation, printing or a related field.
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of manufacturing experience involving machine operation, feeder operation, print production or bindery.
  • Die-cutting and web press printing experience is a plus.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine issues.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to operate machine interfaces and track production data.
  • Ability to train and lead crew members while maintaining an efficient production flow.
  • Strong communication, organization and time-management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
  • Ability to work well in a diverse environment.
