• Experience in digital print environment preferred but not required (DTG, Screen Printing, or Large Format)
• Ability to learn and be comfortable troubleshooting hardware and print management software

• In Office Position. 4.5 day regular work week. Ability to commute daily to local office is required.

DESCRIPTION:
The Digital Print Technician's primary responsibility will be handling digital print production. They will expertly operate Direct to Garment (DTG) and Direct to Film (DTF) machinery to produce high-quality graphics on a variety of apparel, including t-shirts, sweatshirts, polos, hats, and bags. This position will utilize internal systems to retrieve job details and graphic files. They must maintain quality and efficiency by monitoring every stage of production for color accuracy and alignment. This includes proactively troubleshooting and resolving any quality deviations to maintain brand standards.
The Digital Print Technician must follow established production processes to maximize throughput while prioritizing jobs to meet strict daily deadlines. They will verify production quantities against job tickets to ensure order accuracy. This will require a high attention to detail. Maintenance of the equipment will be required including performing routine daily and weekly maintenance on printers, heat tunnels, garment pretreaters, and heat presses to minimize downtime. This may involve executing non-routine repairs and mechanical adjustments to ensure all hardware operates at peak performance.
Logistics & Fulfillment will also be part of the role. This position will be expected to professionally pack completed orders for daily shipping and distribution. They also will coordinate larger shipments by palletizing high-volume quantities for truck freight, specifically for major trade shows and corporate events. Assume other duties assigned as needed.
