Job description

Applied Innovation is seeking an On-Site Production Print Specialist & Printer Fleet Coordinator to support one of our valued client locations in the Southfield, MI area. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the client's production print environment while also providing support for end-user printer and equipment service needs as they arise. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Print Center Management
    • Operate high volume production print equipment and office equipment and accessories.
    • Complete print production, delivery, and output requirement needs of the production Print Center
    • Manage all site production print workflow needs
    • Document creation capabilities
    • Responsible for on-site inventory of production parts and supply items
  • Equipment Fleet Management
    • First responder/ First level triage
    • Service call reporting and resolution
    • Liaison with client IT
  • Additional Responsibilities
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills with the ability to meet time sensitive deadlines.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle escalated issues professionally.
    • Key contact for both the Applied Innovation Customer Loyalty Center, Service and Sales departments.
    • Maintain daily logs & reporting.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to multitask without sacrificing accuracy.
  • Task oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability to team and customer goals.
  • Experience in production print and inventory management helpful.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
