As Project Manager, you will serve our internal creative team by supporting our Creative Project Manager with overseeing assigned projects from kick-off to hand-off.

About the Role
You will be responsible for ensuring that deadlines and milestones are met as scoped, flagging risks to the project plan, ensuring adherence to client brand standards across all deliverables, engaging in Creative team status meetings, while managing to Latcha's standards of quality and risk management.
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE: The creative project manager is responsible for creating and maintaining project schedules for all creative deliverables across a multi-channel marketing program for a large automotive OEM brand. Our marketing platform includes email, direct mail and SMS capabilities. There are customizable templates, API integrations for third-party application and options for enhanced media services including SEM, SEO, display and social media advertising. The Creative Project Manager brings their experience in all of these channels to our team.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Collaborate and clearly communicate with cross-functional teams on development of creative deliverables including template development for email, print, digital/display marketing.
  • Follow direction on timelines and project plans to monitor project workflow through the creative process from start-of-work to completion. Stay informed and use your adaptability and agility to stay on top of projects workflow.
  • Responsible for oversight and successful delivery of quick-turn client requests, including ad-hoc creative requirements. This requires strong organizational skills.
  • Partners with the Account Team, Creative team, Graphics Production and Content Studio to manage and document all project lifecycles through completion.
  • Communicates with emotional intelligence to connect and collaborate with others, communicate effectively, make decisions, and manage stress and conflict.
  • Uses Creative Feedback Tools- Ziflow online proofing platform for creative teams.
  • Responsible to routing all on-line proofing efforts throughout the asset review and approval process including Version Management, Workflows and Integrations

QUALIFICATIONS:
  1. Bachelor's (4-year) degree is preferred.
  2. Minimum two years' experience in digital project management/CRM in an agency environment.
  3. Proficient in MS Office Suite and project management solutions such as SmartSheet
  4. Ziflow or similar Creative Feedback Tool experience is required
  5. Experience managing complex projects on aggressive timelines while communicating project status to cross-functional teams.
  6. Experience in supporting OEM-level automotive clients/projects is preferred but not required.
  7. Multi-Channel Marketing experience required
