We are seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead culinary operations for our family-owned seafood restaurant group based in Scottsdale, AZ. The ideal candidate will have a passion for seafood, a creative culinary vision, and a track record of successful menu development. As an integral member of our team, the Kitchen Manager will oversee culinary staff, manage food costs, and drive innovation in the kitchen.

We offer:
- Rate: $75,000-$85,000 (based on experience)

- At least 3 years in an Kitchen Manager or similar executive-level role
- Experience with grand openings, including staffing a restaurant kitchen from scratch
