Program Manager – Hillsboro Outpatient

Location: Hillsboro, Oregon
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday (Days) + On-Call Responsibilities

We are seeking a Program Manager to lead our Hillsboro Outpatient Program—a critical leadership role responsible for program operations, staff development, clinical quality, and community partnerships. This is your opportunity to lead a mission-driven team while shaping outcomes for individuals navigating substance use recovery.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead daily outpatient program operations and performance
  • Supervise, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team
  • Ensure high-quality, evidence-based clinical services
  • Monitor outcomes, compliance, and financial sustainability
  • Build strong relationships with community partners

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Human Services or related field
  • 4+ years behavioral health experience + 4+ years supervisory experience
  • CADC II (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and data-driven decision-making skills
