At every opportunity, we set the pace while delivering innovation built to carry real estate into the future. One in which every experience feels effortless, yet meaningful. Where customers are empowered to take on any opportunity. We show up as one team, connected by our values to be a force for good. Because together, we have the power to create extraordinary outcomes for our customers, our communities, and ourselves.

The Sr. Marketing Operations Manager is a senior marketing technology, go-to-market systems, and AI architecture leader responsible for designing, optimizing, and scaling the infrastructure, workflows, and intelligence that power revenue growth. Rooted in Marketing Operations, this role leads and influences how go-to-market systems support new business acquisition, pipeline visibility, closed-won insights, customer growth, and partner-assisted motions across the revenue lifecycle.

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Marketing Operations, this leader will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, IT, and Business Systems to execute technical and AI-enabled strategies across the GTM lifecycle. The ideal candidate is both a hands-on operator and a strategic architect who can connect platforms, data, and processes across the customer journey, translating business goals into scalable systems and measurable outcomes.

Your Impact
  • Serve as the senior expert in Marketing Operations architecture, GTM systems strategy, and AI-enabled process design.
  • Design and evolve a scalable marketing and GTM systems ecosystem supporting acquisition, pipeline progression, customer growth, retention, and partner-led motions.
  • Assess current tools and processes to optimize, replace, sunset, or enhance systems in support of an AI-forward go-to-market strategy.
  • Identify and implement AI use cases that improve conversion, efficiency, personalization, visibility into closed-won outcomes, and growth opportunities.
  • Partner cross-functionally to improve system connectivity, workflow standards, and reporting across demand generation, customer expansion, and partner programs.
  • Evaluate current and emerging technologies, build business cases, and recommend improvements that enhance scalability, business impact, and operational resilience.
  • Maintain and optimize core workflows in Marketing and Sales, including troubleshooting, change management, and ongoing performance improvement.
  • Provide mentorship, documentation, and knowledge sharing to strengthen team capability and operational consistency.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in marketing technology architecture, lifecycle operations, lead management, data flow design, and cross-functional systems optimization.
  • Strong understanding of how AI can be applied to inbound conversion, lead qualification, workflow automation, engagement orchestration, revenue intelligence, and content operations.
  • Experience with AI-enabled and adjacent platforms would be highly desirable.
  • Strong ability to create scalable processes, operational efficiency, and technical clarity across complex systems.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Comfortable balancing innovation with operational rigor, governance, and measurable business outcomes.
  • BS degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or equivalent working experience.

Must Have
  • 7+ years of related marketing operations experience helping manage, implement, configure, optimize, and scale multiple technical platforms in support of high-level go-to-market strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate, implement, or operationalize AI-enabled tools, workflows, or strategies within Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, or customer journey programs.
  • Advanced and applied B2B experience supporting MAP (Marketo) and CRM (Salesforce) for enterprise organizations.
