OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is a fast-paced supply and rental equipment company in the construction industryseeking anAssociate Item Management Assistantwho will support item management activities bymaintainingaccurateproduct and item data in designated files and systems. They will perform structured research and data entry to support taxonomy and standardized item information. They will update item records and communicate routine changes to internal stakeholders under established processes. They willassistwith report preparation and issue intake to support consistent product information across the organization. Finally, this position requires going into the office on a regular basis.Responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to, the following:

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Enter and update item records in the system of record and supporting spreadsheets tomaintaindata accuracy and completeness.

  • Researchitem details and populates required fields to support taxonomy alignment and standardized product nomenclature.

  • Prepare routine extracts and reports (for e.g.,purchasingsummaries and invoice-related data) to support item management workflows.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to confirm item attributes and resolves straightforward data discrepancies using established guidance.

  • Maintain documentation, trackers, and change logs to support auditability and consistent communication.

  • Escalate data issues, missing information, and process constraints toappropriate teammembers for resolution.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience

  • High School Education/GED or equivalent experiencerequired.

  • 0-2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, operations support, or a related function preferred.

  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel,required.
