Brand Ambassador
Job Description:
We are adding one dedicated Brand Ambassador to support our growing in-store presence. Reporting to the retail marketing coordinator, the brand ambassador will execute daily store visits, build budtender relationships, and activate displays and promotions so can focus on higher-level retail strategy and national expansion support.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily in-store visits across Arizona retail accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with budtenders and store managers
  • Execute in-store activations, displays, and promotional activities approved by management
  • Gather real-time field intelligence (competitor activity, sell-through, feedback) and log it daily
  • Assist with product deliveries to retail partners as needed, ensuring timely, professional, and accurate delivery while representing the Grow Sciences brand.
  • Support events and pop-ups when needed
  • Deliver consistent brand representation that matches the high standard our team has built

Qualifications:
  • Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to safely lift and transport up to 30-50 pounds as needed
  • Passion for the cannabis industry and Grow Sciences products
  • Outgoing personality with proven relationship-building skills
  • Reliable transportation and ability to visit 8-12 stores per day
  • Strong communication and note-taking skills
  • Previous retail or brand ambassador experience preferred but not required
