As a Technical PM Support/Mission Integration with MTSI you will lead end-to-end integration of space mission capabilities which include command and control, spacecraft, payloads, ground systems, launch and operations with technical expertise coordinating across disparate systems and stakeholders to ensure components of mission work together seamlessly to deliver mission objectives.
Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to:
- Will have experience in systems engineering for Battle Management C2.
- Will ensure consistency of requirements, interfaces and testing across multiple program elements and contracts.
- Will be developing, evaluating and assessing ICDs, Mission CONOPs and verification matrices.
Required Qualifications:
- 15+ years of DOD experience in system engineering with a focus on mission integration or multi-segment space systems.
- Experience with DOD acquisition and mission programs
- Experience in model based systems engineering and related tools such as; DOORs, CAMEO, MATLAB, etc.
Desired:
- Space and policy experience
- Relevant experience in mission integration, operations analysis and support, logistics, maintenance, personnel support and government program office support
Minimum Educational Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Arts, Science, Engineering (MA/MS/ME) required
- Masters Degree in Arts, Science, Engineering (MA/MS/ME) desired
Clearance Requirements:
- Top Secret, SCI Eligible; SAP experience within last 5 years or SCI in lieu of.
The pay range for this position is $200,000/year to $235,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on established government contract ranges, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and other factors.
