Support Operations focuses on processes and teams including: general office administration and clerical support; reception/telephone/switchboard; mailroom & filing support. High School diploma or GED, Associate's degree, or professional certificate, 7+ years of experience

Residency Requirements: Must reside in Colorado

  • This position is office based and does require in person travel to the Westminster office location.

The School Ops Associate provides administrative support to operations by supporting project plans managed by other team members, data entry into school systems and assisting with all functions of the operation team. Responsible for coordinating activities to ensure project tasks are accomplished within the prescribed time frame.

This is a full-time position. Ability to work independently, typically 40+ hours per week is required. Ability to maintain a professional home office without distraction during workday, typically 9-5 (or 8-4) or as defined by the school.

  • Perform general office administration and clerical duties.

  • Provide systems support to school operations teams.

  • Updates K12 internal audit tools regularly.
  • Works collaboratively with all applicable school parties

REQUIRED QUALFICIATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree OR
  • Three (3) years of related experience
  • Ability to travel 15% of the time.
  • Ability to clear required background check.
  • Excel/technology skills, including but not limited to V-LookUp, pivot tables, formulas and Access data bases

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Microsoft 365 proficiencies
  • Meeting planning experience.
  • Strong, proven writing skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work and coordinate with numerous people inside and outside the company.

Compensation & Benefits: Stride, Inc. considers a person's education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position's work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee's salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position's level and expected contribution, and the employee's benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range.

  • Exempt (hourly): Post annual salary
    We anticipate the range to be $22.15 - $24.60. Eligible employees may receive a bonus. This is not guaranteed, as an individual's compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions.
