About the Role:
Join the Middledorf Bus Company as a School Bus Driver in Clinton, MD, where you play a vital role in ensuring the safety and comfort of our young passengers. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are passionate about driving and making a difference in the community.

Responsibilities:
  • Transport students to and from school and related activities safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the bus is in excellent working condition.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly bus environment.
  • Monitor student behavior and enforce safety rules during transit.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, school staff, and dispatch.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
  • Report any mechanical issues or incidents to management immediately.
  • Attend training sessions and safety meetings as required.
