Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Scheduling Coordinator to oversee and coordinate scheduling for templating, production flow, installations, and service calls within our ERP system. This role is critical to maintaining efficient workflow, maximizing throughput, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates professionally, and can balance multiple moving parts while keeping projects on track.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage scheduling activities for templating, fabrication, installation, and service appointments using company ERP software.

  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams via phone and email to confirm appointments, provide updates, and resolve scheduling conflicts.

  • Review and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, material selections, and project specifications to support accurate scheduling and workflow planning.

  • Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Project Management, and Installation teams to optimize labor capacity, production flow, and installation timelines.

  • Monitor schedules daily and proactively adjust based on project changes, production constraints, material availability, and service priorities.

  • Support operational efficiency by understanding Throughput Dollars (T$), workflow bottlenecks, and production sequencing.

  • Maintain accurate scheduling records, job notes, and communication within the ERP system.
