POSITION OVERVIEW As an Operations Support Associate at Polo Ralph Lauren, plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations in our retail stores. Responsible for various aspects in store from receiving deliveries, and processing the merchandise per company guidelines, to store recovery and supporting the needs of the selling floor.

Operation Support Associates maintain the organization and cleanliness of the stock room, assists the sales floor personnel by completing stock checks and delivering merchandise, and support inventory levels on the sales floor and stock room per company guidelines. This role must be adaptable to the needs of the business as some areas of responsibility may not be necessary in all locations and the percentage of time spent in each area may vary location to location. Operations Associates are the entry point for future Leadership roles within Ralph Lauren where you can begin to write your Next Great Chapter. This position may be offered as full-time or part-time, depending on candidate availability and business needs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES The Operations Support Associate is primarily a non-selling role; however, this can shift as business dictates. Inventory Management & Operations * Process freight within specified Units per Hour goals, including markups/markdowns and EAS tagging * Inspect deliveries for damages, verify packaging, and ensure proper sensor/tag placement * Execute daily RFID inventory scans for accurate floor replenishment * Manage "Ship to Home" orders and store-to-store transfers * Complete ISOS replenishment activities and stock room resets * Process retickets, create tags, and associate RFID tags * Maintain organized stockroom and sales floor inventory levels using company guidelines Customer Service & Sales Floor Support * Create memorable customer experiences through exceptional service * Support Brand Ambassadors with stock checks and merchandise delivery * Greet and assist customers with their shopping needs when on sales floor * Process sales transactions and follow company policies for returns, discounts, and customer data capture * Maintain clean, welcoming sales floor and fitting rooms * Balance operational tasks while prioritizing customer experience Visual Merchandising & Store Standards * Participate in visual merchandising of sales floor * Maintain store presentation standards following company guidelines * Provide feedback to Management on product and category opportunities Professional Standards * Foster a positive work environment aligned with RL values * Collaborate effectively with team members * Participate in training and company initiatives * Support store operations in both front and back of house functions EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE * Back of house experience or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume or high-profile specialty environment preferred. * Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel. * Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cash-wrap and office; work around/with chemicals, lift/climb up to 30 lbs. and climb moderately. * Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will require day, evening, weekends and may include overnight shifts and travel (as required). * Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.
