What you'll doGeneral Manager Responsibilities

Hiring and training new recruits

Ensuring all staff are following local and federal health regulations

Maintain ServSafe Certifications of all managers

Holding your team accountable for company policies

Delegate and follow up on tasks within the restaurant

Attend Business Reviews with a focus on building sales to increase profitability

Perform Annual Reviews on staff members

New products roll out execution

Administrative duties to include ordering, scheduling, managing customer relations and other restaurant duties as needed.
