What You'll Do

As Branch Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic while ensuring exceptional service for our clients, families, and employees.

Operations & Leadership

  • Lead daily clinic operations and administrative functions.
  • Monitor operational performance and financial goals.
  • Manage special projects and process improvements.
  • Partner with clinical leaders to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Coordinate office meetings, events, and facility management.
  • Maintain office equipment, supplies, and inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, company policies, and applicable federal and state regulations.

Team Leadership

  • Coach, mentor, and support administrative staff.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and training.
  • Promote a positive, collaborative work environment.
  • Support employee communications and documentation.
  • Partner with leadership on operational initiatives.

Client & Clinical Support

  • Review Client Service Agreements with families.
  • Support client scheduling, authorizations, and documentation.
  • Maintain electronic client records.
  • Monitor operational audits and documentation compliance.
  • Coordinate with insurance providers and funding sources.

Scheduling & Recruiting

  • Oversee clinic scheduling and staffing needs.
  • Manage schedule updates and workforce planning.
  • Support recruiting events and hiring initiatives.
  • Assist with interviews and new hire onboarding.

Community Engagement

  • Build relationships within the community.
  • Partner with the Marketing team to increase referrals and clinic visibility.
