• Provide individualized counseling sessions via video chat, utilizing a solution-focused approach to enhance clients' mental health.
• Facilitate discussions that encourage clients to express their emotions and share personal experiences, guiding them toward self-awareness and improved interpersonal relationships.
• Act as a compassionate advocate for clients, assisting them in defining their therapeutic goals and working collaboratively to achieve them.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' mental health status, and develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each individual based on your clinical expertise.
• Maintain detailed session notes and treatment updates as needed; however, enjoy the benefit of minimal paperwork, as we take care of billing and administrative duties.

As an LMFT at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work primarily with stable adults experiencing low-acuity mental health challenges. Our clients are carefully screened to ensure a supportive and manageable caseload. Your expertise will guide them through therapeutic modalities that foster emotional growth and stability.

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Current, active LMFT license issued by an applicable state board; limited or provisional licenses are not acceptable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a sympathetic approach to client care.
• Proficiency with technology and strong computer literacy skills to navigate our online counseling platform efficiently.

A minimum of 2 years of experience providing mental health counseling services is required. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and methodologies is preferred to enhance client engagement and therapeutic efficacy.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and client load.
