Pay Range

Pay Range $65,800.00-$90,500.00 Annual This is the base salary pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for an incentive bonus.

Position Overview

The purpose of the Production Scheduler's role is to plan and schedule appropriate production runs based on inventory and demand. The incumbent in this position will also be responsible for monitoring inventory and analyzing data in the SAP system.

Your Day-to-Day
  • Plan, prepare and evaluate manufacturing production schedules and departmental workflows to establish sequence and lead time of each production operation based on SAP order entry
  • Expedite operations that delay or alter schedules to meet unforeseen conditions
  • Maintain SAP integrity
  • May be responsible for Resale Inventory (Imports)
  • Analyze and monitor inventory daily
  • Enter production and warehouse transfers in SAP system
  • Prepare production reports
  • May be required to perform other related duties as assigned
What You Bring to the Team
  • High School /Technical School diploma with a minimum of 2 years' work experience in physical distribution or a production role in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Working knowledge of SAP systems
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Solid interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Minimal travel required (0-10 days per year)
  • Work environment is typical of an office setting. When in the manufacturing facility may be exposed to environmental conditions of cold, heat, high noise levels, moving mechanical parts, heights, dust/mist/gas/fumes, extensive walking or climbing, etc.
  • May be required to lift, carry, push or pull up to and including 50 pounds.
