Senior Helpers is a leading provider of in-home senior care, dedicated to helping seniors age safely and comfortably in their homes. We are growing and looking for a highly organized, motivated Scheduler Manager to join our team and help ensure our clients receive consistent, high-quality care.
Position Summary
The Scheduler Manager is responsible for overseeing all caregiver scheduling operations, ensuring every client receives reliable and continuous care. This role manages daily scheduling, supervises scheduling staff (if applicable), and works closely with caregivers, clients, and office leadership to maintain full shift coverage and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
  • Create, manage, and optimize caregiver schedules for multiple clients
  • Ensure all client shifts are staffed appropriately and consistently
  • Respond quickly to call-outs, schedule changes, and last-minute needs
  • Match caregivers with clients based on skills, availability, and preferences
  • Monitor overtime and staffing levels to maintain efficiency
  • Communicate effectively with caregivers, clients, and office staff
  • Train and support scheduling staff (if applicable)
  • Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation
  • Collaborate with recruiting and management teams to meet staffing needs
  • Participate in on-call rotation as needed
