Registered Nurse (RN) — Per Diem (Home Health)

Pay: $80 per visit


Location: Oahu, Hawaii (must have reliable transportation — we serve the entire island)

Schedule: Flexible / Per diem — build your own caseload

Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled nursing visits in patients’ homes
  • Complete assessments, care plans, and patient education
  • Perform wound care, medication management, and coordination of care
  • Communicate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
  • Document accurately and on time in a Medicare home health environment

Requirements

  • Current Hawaii RN license
  • 1+ year clinical experience (home health preferred)
  • Strong assessment and documentation skills
  • Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently in the field
