Orthodontic Scheduling Coordinator / Orthodontic Front Desk / Dental Receptionist

Full-Time | $18–$20/hr

Locations: Pearland & Bellaire


We are currently seeking an experienced Orthodontic Scheduling Coordinator / Dental Front Desk professional who thrives in a fast-paced dental or orthodontic environment and understands how to deliver exceptional patient experiences.


What You’ll Do

  • Greet and check in orthodontic patients with a friendly, professional attitude
  • Answer incoming calls and assist patients with scheduling and appointment questions
  • Maintain an efficient provider schedule and help reduce gaps in the daily schedule
  • Process patient payments and assist with insurance verification and benefits questions
  • Coordinator communication between patients, doctor, and clinical team

What We’re Looking For
