Job description

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and supporting patients through their recovery journey? Our client is a specialized company in post-breast surgery care, and we are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual (English/Spanish) Schedule Coordinator to join the team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the medical field, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in scheduling software.

Location: Pembroke Pines, FL

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and schedule all in-person and at-home visits for patients, ensuring timely and accurate appointments across various locations.
  • Verify personal information, confirm appointments, and ensure that patients are fully informed about their scheduled visits.
  • Accurately gather and confirm patient details, ensuring all information is up to date and compliant with privacy regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing patient inquiries, concerns, and needs with empathy and professionalism.
  • Engage with patients, medical staff, and other team members effectively to coordinate and confirm schedules.
  • Utilize scheduling and patient management software, including Excel, Microsoft Office, and Doctor Chronos, to maintain organized and efficient operations.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
  • Previous experience in a medical setting is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and experience with Doctor Chronos or similar medical scheduling software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to ask the right questions and gather essential information.
