About the Role:

As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling incoming client inquiry calls, completing home assessments for new clients, providing exemplary customer service, and communicating regularly with clients and their families. Our Client Care Coordinators are the voice of our organization, serving as the primary point of contact for our clients and their families.
