We are currently looking for a passionateCNAStaff Schedulerto join our team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced strong administrative staffing scheduler who has a passion for scheduling in a fast paced position.

KEY JOB FUNCTION:

  • Timely and accurately utilize the 'staffing template' to create staffing schedules for the Director of Nursing (DON).
  • Develop, maintain and project staffing daily needs and schedules by shift.
  • Post daily staffing schedule and actual hours as required.
  • Track attendance, identify attendance problems and notify DON of findings.
  • Immediately reports to DON/Manager on Duty staffing challenges

Requirements:

  • Experience with Recruiting and/or Medical Staff Schedules Required
  • Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, Hospital or Ambulatory care setting.
