Job description

Forklift Operators – Multiple Openings

Pay: Starting at $18.00/hour
Schedule: Multiple shifts available (2nd, and 3rd Shift)

OnTarget Staffing is currently hiring experienced Forklift Operators for multiple warehouse and distribution opportunities. We are seeking dependable, safety-conscious individuals with experience operating various types of forklifts in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Operate sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, and cherry pickers safely and efficiently.
  • Utilize RF scanners to pick, scan, and track inventory.
  • Load and unload trucks and move materials throughout the warehouse.
  • Pick, pack, stage, and replenish inventory.
  • Verify product accuracy and complete inventory transactions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience operating Sit-Down, Stand-Up, and Cherry Picker forklifts, Electric Pallet Jacks.
  • Experience using RF scanners in a warehouse environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
  • Ability to stand, bend, reach, and walk throughout the shift.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
