The Certification Coordinator provides clerical and administrative support for the Certification Department by receiving, checking, monitoring, preparing, and distributing inspection and certification documents, parts manuals, and operations manuals.

Experience:

  • 3 - 5 years general office experience
  • Proficient knowledge of Windows programs with emphasis on Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Adobe Pro, Adept and webpage design knowledge is a plus

Education and Training:

  • Performs activities associated with receiving, identifying, preparing, filing, marking, storing, tagging, scanning, and distributing certification documents and parts/operations manuals.
  • Carries out data entry functions using internal systems.
  • Maintain a professional relationship with vendors in order to gather required documents.
  • Work with the project teams to ensure all necessary documents are received for equipment.
  • Input documents in the maintenance system as required for critical equipment certifications.
  • Perform clerical duties such as answer phones, make copies, scan documents, travel arrangements, expenses for department as instructed.
  • Transfer files/documents within folder structures for certifications.
  • Upload files to NaborsNet/Sharepoint website.
  • Attend any meetings that are necessary.
  • Basic functions of asset management system.
  • Organize and maintain certification file rooms to include past and present hard copies when required.
  • Able to lift up to 20 pounds, sit for long periods of time, climb short stairs and ladders.
