The Warehouse Associate serves as a skilled contributor to warehouse operations, with experience and cross-functional knowledge that supports a wider range of tasks and equipment. Associates in this role demonstrate reliability, independence, and a working familiarity with inventory handling, fulfillment, and warehouse safety practices. They are expected to operate equipment such as forklifts and RF scanners, complete physical tasks efficiently, and adapt across departments. This role is ideal for someone who has proven success in a warehouse environment and is looking to deepen their operational capabilities.
Responsibiities

  • Comply with all safety protocols, maintain cleanliness, and report any safety concerns immediately.
  • Load and unload products by hand; wrap and stack pallets for storage.
  • Pick, pack, and transfer inventory to appropriate storage or shipping locations.
  • Read part numbers and labels with accuracy to ensure order fulfillment.
  • Fulfill various order types (e.g., pick-to-box, carton, sample).
  • Track inventory and promptly report discrepancies or damaged goods.
  • Perform basic equipment inspections (e.g., battery levels) and notify supervisors of any issues.
  • Identify and implement small process improvements.
  • Support operations across departments as needed.
  • Accurately complete required paperwork and follow all standard procedures.
  • Operate multiple types of warehouse equipment such as: sit-down forklift, 30/30 lift, manual jack, pallet jack, RF scan gun.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
