As Payroll Assistant you will assist in the weekly payroll process:
You must have strong attention to detail, ability to handle confidential information, and multitasking while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Requirements:
As Payroll Assistant you will assist in the weekly payroll process:
- Onboarding new hires and process required paperwork, including I-9 documents and E-Verify
- Processing timesheets (hourly and salaried)
- Calculating vacations, garnishments, levies, and insurance deductions
- Calculating and filing weekly and monthly withholding taxes
- Processing terminations
You must have strong attention to detail, ability to handle confidential information, and multitasking while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Requirements:
- Microsoft Word and Excel experience
- Good math and communication skills
- Knowledge of office equipment (scanner, copier, adding machine)
- Schedule Requirements: Monday-Friday 8-5 PM
- Compensation is $15-$20 depending on experience
- Minimum Education: High School diploma or equivalent
