Amanda McGinty - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including scanning forms in and sending various types of greeting cards to customers.
  • Take payments in-person and over the phone, and process agency daily bank deposits.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS: 
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent time-management skills.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Able to work effectively both independently and in a team.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
