Job description

Receptionist

The receptionist position is full time, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm with 1-hour unpaid lunch. The pay range is $17.00 - $18.00

The Receptionist will be responsible for answering high volume of incoming calls, screening and directing the calls to appropriate staff members, greeting all visitors coming in the office, mail distribution, assisting the recruiter with processing paperwork and preparing uniforms for the new hires, manage and organize the uniform room, making collection calls for outstanding uniform retrieval, assist officers with preparing for training classes, scanning officer documents into the electronic storage server, scanning new hire packets and sending them to payroll, as well as additional administrative duties.

Requirements: Prior experience or training preferred. Prior experience working in an environment that required prioritizing and multitasking. proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Able to work collectively with all levels of employees. Ability to multi-task effectively and ability to manage time well. Must be able to interact with all levels of employees, clients and senior executives. Excellent attendance is required to successfully perform duties. Must be able to pass drug screen and have reliable transportation.
