Document Prepper/Scanner
Nashville, TN
3+ Months Contract

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Document Prepper/Scanner to join our team on a temporary basis for a large-scale document scanning project. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing physical documents for digital scanning, operating printing/scanning equipment, and ensuring the integrity and quality of digital images.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prepare documents for scanning.
  • Operate scanner to convert physical document to digital format.
  • Perform periodic review of digitized documents to ensure clarity and completeness.
  • Accurately name scanned files using existing file naming protocols.
  • Ensure all documents are handled with care to preserve condition and confidentiality.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience with operating computer system and office equipment, particularly scanners and printers.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of lifting boxes up to 20 pounds and standing for extended periods.
  • Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues with scanning equipment or document quality.
