$10,000 Sign-On Bonus!

Schedule: Full-time + evening shifts (3 PM - 11 PM); however, other shifts may be considered, alternating on weekends & holidays + no travel.

Radiology/Imaging Services unit provides high-quality diagnostic and interventional imaging services, including wide range of medical imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, ultrasounds, and other imaging techniques to diagnose and treat various medical conditions. Valuing and ensuring patient care, patient comfort, safety, and adherence to imaging protocols are paramount while collaborating with healthcare professionals, quality control, and the adoption of new technologies while maintaining quality control measures for equipment and processes, adhering to strict safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards are key functions.

How you'll contribute

A CT Technologist who excels in this role:

  •  Reviews patient orders making sure that appropriate studies are ordered and performed in accordance with insurance specifications and diagnosis.

  • Responds to inquiries regarding CT scans, procedures, and processes.

  • Prepares patient for intravenous contrast by inserting IV catheter.

  • Positions, transfers and provides immobilization to patients as required.

  • Manipulates computer images for proper scanning sequences.

  • Assists radiologist during special CT scans.

  • Prepares room and patients for procedures as needed.

  • Performs all computerized axial tomographic examinations as well as image manipulation and post processing functions & implement software capabilities required by the radiologist/departmental policy/protocol, and includes instructing patients and selecting techniques and protocols.

What we're looking for 
Applicants should be a Graduate of a School of Radiologic Technology or anticipated to graduate school of Radiologic Technology within 90 days of application AND high school diploma or equivalent. Additional requirements include:

  • Clinical rotations associated with a school of radiologic technology

  • ARRT, RT (R) eligible upon hire date and ARRT, RT(R) registered within 60 days of hire

  • ARRT, RT (CT) within 1 year of hire

  • BCLS certification
