Job description

We are now hiring Scale Operators for the Bushton, Frederick, Geneseo, and Lorraine locations. These are seasonal positions with the potential to turn into full-time roles for the right candidates.

As a Scale Operator, youโ€™ll support grain facility operations by weighing and grading inbound and outbound grain trucks, entering grain tickets accurately, and delivering excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity to join a local ag team during a busy and rewarding season.

Key Duties:

  • Weigh and grade grain trucks accurately

  • Enter and file grain tickets using computer systems

  • Answer phones and assist customers professionally

  • Maintain a clean, organized scale house

  • Follow all safety and company policies

  • Support other site needs as required

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Strong computer and data entry skills

  • Prior ag or grain experience is helpful but not required

  • Strong attention to detail and customer service skills

  • Ability to work extended hours during harvest
