Summary

Seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, drive continuous improvement, remove delivery impediments, and support alignment across multiple teams in a scaled Agile environment.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
  • Partner with Product Owners to prioritize, refine, and manage product backlogs.
  • Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, story decomposition, estimation, and delivery planning.
  • Remove impediments and help teams achieve predictable and sustainable delivery outcomes.
  • Foster self-organizing, accountable, and high-performing teams.
  • Coordinate dependencies, risks, and delivery activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Support program-level planning and alignment within scaled Agile environments.
  • Track and communicate team progress, risks, and key metrics.
  • Promote continuous improvement and Agile maturity across teams.
  • Advocate engineering best practices, including CI/CD, DevOps, and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
Required Qualifications
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM).
  • 5–7 years of Agile/Scrum experience, including 2+ years as a Scrum Master.
  • Experience supporting multiple teams in scaled Agile or enterprise delivery environments.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid understanding of:
    • Agile and Scrum frameworks
    • Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
    • Backlog management and story decomposition
    • Sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
  • Experience with CI/CD practices and Agile engineering methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), PMI-ACP, or SAFe Agilist certifications.
  • Experience supporting enterprise technology platforms and large-scale software implementations.
  • Proven ability to drive delivery, manage dependencies, and influence outcomes across diverse teams.
