Job description

We are looking for a Program Manager to lead and execute strategic Security initiatives that will maintain the highest security posture to enable business growth and efficiency across our organization. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of complex and cross-functional Security focused projects. You will also collaborate with senior stakeholders, business partners, 3rd Party Vendor Implementation project teams and internal technical teams to ensure alignment, communication, and governance throughout the project lifecycle.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for driving execution and delivery of complex projects or programs from start to finish. 
  • Demonstrates clear understanding of the program's vision, objectives, scale, and scope of work, expected outcomes, business value and impact, timelines, roadmaps, resource level requirements.
  • Establishes strong partnerships and engagement with Program or project stakeholders, Business owners and 3rd Party Implementation Vendor.
  • Manage project resources, vendors, and contractors, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations, deliverables, and service level agreements.
  • Monitor and control project performance, scope, and deliverables, ensuring timely and effective change management and stakeholder approval.
  • Create full-scale master program and project schedules and communication plans consisting of multiple projects or components.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, issue/risk registers, and status reports, using agile methodologies.
  • Ensure proactive scheduling of key deliverables, milestones, and deliverable tasks.
  • Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and reviews, ensuring clear and timely communication and escalation of issues and risks.
  • Manage the scope, schedule, budget, and quality of enterprise transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Provides oversight and leads cross-functional and international project teams to ensure critical day-to-day program/project deliverables progress forward to deliver specified requirements, objectives, and value.
  • Identifies gaps in the project team's accountability and ownership of deliverables.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6-10+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in Information Technology or Security.
  • Experience conceptualizing complex information and transforming it into practical and usable knowledge content in which use cases are employed to relate concepts to specific audiences.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex, and cross-functional projects on time, on budget, and on quality.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and uncertainty.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives, business partners, and technical teams.
  • Leadership skills for guiding cross-functional teams and driving product success.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science preferred or other technical field or appropriate work experience. 
  • PMI or Scrum Alliance (or similar) certifications in Program Manager, Project Manager, or Scrum Master competencies are preferred.
