We are looking for a Scrum Master experience in large scale projects with SAFe framework as replacement for our leaving resource.
Requirements:
• More than 5-6 years of strong experience as scrum master worked in large scale projects
• Experience as an RTE or Scrum Master for multiple independent but highly coordinated
teams
• Ability to facilitate cross-functional business and technology teams (small to large group)
• Knowledge of Agile Scrum and SAFe methodologies
• Strategic and critical thinking skills
• Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, or similar discipline
• Executive presence.
